Help shape the student and staff experience across our campuses as an Infrastructure Administrator at Box Hill Institute

Infrastructure Administrator plays a key role in supporting campus operations through high-quality customer service and administration. This role is the first point of contact for infrastructure-related enquiries and supports timetabling, room bookings, parking, finance processing and infrastructure systems. You will contribute to the maintenance of accurate records, effective space utilisation and responsive service delivery for students, staff and contractors.

Note: This is a 12-month fixed term full time opportunity

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver responsive front-line customer service across multiple channels
  • Coordinate and support timetabling, room bookings and event arrangements
  • Manage high-volume requests, prioritising and resolving issues efficiently
  • Support administrative processes including financial activities, invoices, purchase orders, records and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation to support operations
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or service environment
  • Great team player with strong customer service mindset and have an ability to handle high-volume enquiries
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance and record keeping
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives outcomes
  • Comfortable working across systems and adapting to new processes
  • Sound understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Relevant degree with work experience in timetabling coordination and administration, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and significant relevant experience
